We bring our cool mobile bar to you!

In addition to different service times included in each package, the Base Event Fee covers all other labor, material, and production costs (i.e. set-up and breakdown, fresh food prep, power, transportation, etc.). Eco-friendly/compostable bowls, spoons, and napkins are also included for every event!

The Base Event Fee does not include gratuity, mileage fees, or canopy rentals (if applicable).

We’ll need a 10’x10’ area. Please keep in mind, a line may form in front of the bar or on either side depending on the surrounding area.

For all outdoor, daytime events, full shade (covering the entire 10’×10’ area) must be provided or we can bring our own canopy tent(s) for an additional rental fee of $100 per canopy .

Our bingsu machines produce very fine snow shavings, so for outdoor events, it's best for our station to be positioned along a wall of a building or in the corner of a courtyard where there would be the least exposure to wind. 

Our stylish, mobile bingsu bars have so much to offer! They are completely self-powered, and each bar can accommodate up to 3 delicious bingsu flavors of your choosing. Our carts are equipped with lighting for evening events or dimly-lit spaces, and include a descriptive menu of each flavor served as well as an A-frame menu sign.

Additional Fees:

Mileage | A roundtrip mileage fee of $1/mile applies for event locations outside a 15-mile radius of our base location in Chino Hills, CA.

Gratuity | Along with delicious bingsu, our servers bring the best energy to every event! In lieu of a traditional tip jar, we add a gratuity of $25/server/hour for our awesome bingsu bar staff.

Canopy Rentals:

For all outdoor daytime events, full shade (covering the entire minimum area listed above) is required. If shade is not provided, we have canopies available for rent ($100/canopy). Our canopies are white and 10’x10’ in size.

Additional Service Time:

Additional service can be added for $100 per half-hour (up to 4 hours of service total). This fee is non-refundable and may be added (if available) at any time.

Please note, bingsu service may end before the contracted window of service if the total number of bowls ordered is served.

Inquire with us and let us know more about your event! We’d be happy to offer suggestions for how much bingsu servings to order :)

For events that will provide guests/attendees with other food/beverage options (i.e. a wedding reception with hors d'oeuvres, dinner meal, cocktail bar, cake, etc.), we recommend a bingsu order of ~75% of the total guest count

Once booked, you may add additional servings to your order (but not decrease) until 2 weeks before your event date

Cool Beans Bingsu is currently available to cater private events in Southern California.

A roundtrip Mileage Fee is calculated for locations beyond a 15-mile radius from Chino Hills, CA.

In order to secure your event date with us, please submit an inquiry through our Inquiry Form. We'll reach out to you with our availability and a custom quote for your event.

You can either pay in full or in 2 installments. For the latter, a 50% deposit (of the total estimate) is due upon receipt of the custom quote. The remaining balance is due in full (14) days before the event date.

Payment is accepted via Zelle or online credit card transaction (a 3.5% convenience fee applies for all credit card payments).

Please be advised, we cannot guarantee any of our products are free from common allergens such as milk, eggs, soybean, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, etc. as we use a shared space to store, prepare, and serve them.

All of our bingsu flavors contain dairy products, and some flavors may contain caffeine.
